GENERAL EXPLANATIONS

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDP Law"), personal data subjects defined as data subjects (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data.

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the PDP Law, applications to Nesil Teknoloji A.S. as data controller in relation to these rights must be submitted in writing and through the following methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (the "Board").

In this context, written applications may be submitted, by printing out this form, through one of the following channels:

Pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the PDP Law, your applications submitted to us will be answered within thirty days of the date on which your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the relevant article.

Applications may be subject to a fee pursuant to Articles 6/5 and 7 of the Communiqué.
