1. Accessibility Standards and Compliance Level

Our website is based on the **WCAG 2.2 Level A** requirements. All page content is compatible with screen readers, images are supported with alternative text, and full keyboard navigation is provided. Text and background colours comply with the minimum **4.5:1** contrast standard. Labelling, focus management and error messages are configured in form fields, and headings are organised in an **H1–H6** hierarchy. Moving content includes a pause/play control.

According to the current assessment, our site has partially compliant status. The accessibility level is monitored through regular testing and audits, and the necessary updates are applied periodically.

2. The Process Managed via the "Erisebilir" Platform

a) Automated Scanning and Analysis

Access barriers are identified through periodic scans against the WCAG 2.2 criteria; remediation suggestions are produced for each finding and classified by severity as critical / medium / informational.

b) Compliance Scoring

A percentage-based Compliance Score is produced for each page, allowing the organisation to track accessibility progress in real time.

c) Reporting and Audit

Audit outputs and user test results are generated as PDF or web reports; the reports serve as evidence in internal audits and in the checks of the Digital Transformation Office of the Presidency.

d) Feedback Module

Users can report accessibility issues through the system; reports are routed to the relevant unit and the resolution process is tracked.

e) Compliance Badge

A Compliance Badge is automatically added to your site based on the accessibility score; the badge visually communicates the audit date, level and current status.
