Commercial Electronic Messages and Marketing-Purpose Processing — Explicit Consent Declaration

Important Information: Pursuant to Art. 3/1-(a) of Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Principle Decision of the Personal Data Protection Board dated 10.07.2025, this text constitutes an explicit consent declaration only; the obligation to inform has been fulfilled through a separate document, the Contact Privacy Notice. You are advised not to give explicit consent without reading the privacy notice. For our Company’s general data processing activities, you may also refer to the Personal Data Processing Policy.

My Explicit Consent Declaration

I acknowledge, declare and undertake that I have been informed by the data controller NESILGRUP BILISIM TEKNOLOJI TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI (“Nesil Teknoloji”) through the Contact Privacy Notice, and that I give my explicit consent on the following matters of my own free will, in an informed manner and without any pressure or influence:

  • The processing of my name-surname, e-mail address and telephone number on the basis of my explicit consent under KVKK Art. 5/1 for the promotion of the services provided by Nesil Teknoloji (Penetration Testing, KVKK Consulting, ISO 27001 Consulting, Red Team, TSCM and other cybersecurity / compliance services), as well as for campaigns, events, newsletters and marketing communication,
  • The sending of commercial electronic messages to me via e-mail (E-MAIL) and short message (SMS) channels in this context, pursuant to Art. 6 of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce,
  • The uploading of this explicit consent record by Nesil Teknoloji to the Message Management System (iys.org.tr) as an “approval” within 3 (three) business days, as required by the E-Commerce Law and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages,
  • The processing of open / click records of the messages sent, under KVKK Art. 5/1, for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of marketing communication

Withdrawal of Consent: I may withdraw the explicit consent I have given at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge. For this purpose, I may use the “unsubscribe” link included in every commercial message, send a REJECT (RED) message to 2530 for SMS, use the consent management on iys.org.tr, or submit a written application to the [email protected] e-mail address or the [email protected] KEP address. Withdrawal of consent takes effect prospectively from the date it is received.

Consequence of Not Giving Explicit Consent: Giving this explicit consent is entirely optional. If explicit consent is not given, the request submitted via the contact form will still be processed; however, no commercial electronic message for promotional, campaign or marketing purposes will be sent to me.
