Taking an important step in its digital transformation, Tosyalı Holding began managing its customer data more securely and efficiently with the explicit consent and digital marketing permission management solutions provided by Nesil Teknoloji. Integrated with SAP systems through a custom software interface, this process was aligned with Tosyalı Holding's existing infrastructure. Thanks to the IYS API integration, all processes were automated and digital marketing activities were made faster and more secure.
Project Goals and Processes
The aim of the project was to optimise Tosyalı Holding's digital marketing and customer permission processes. In this project, data retrieval via the IYS API was fully automated and configured to work compatibly with all systems. An on-prem installation option was also offered to speed up the processes. The custom interface written by Nesil Teknoloji ensured that all these processes were managed efficiently.
